Brown Bottle, Pear and Pine Cone  
Original oil painting by Depy Adams.  This framed work of art measures 18" by 22"  and is wired to hang.  This oil is done in a classical early Flemish indirect painting technique.   I first painted in a subtle monotone doing the forms in light and dark values.  When this was completed, I then applied the colors in thin glazes.  The result is a soft glowing painting with a velvety finish.
