Ginger Bender
Ginger Bender is a lifelong resident of Nassau County, Florida and started painting after retirement five years ago. She uses watercolor, acrylics and water mixable oils to capture the marshes, sunsets, and sunrises in her landscapes and waterscapes. Ginger also uses her memories of growing up along the river as inspiration in many of her paintings.
The past four years Ginger has entered and won several ribbons in the Callahan Art Shows hosted by the West Nassau Historical Society.
Ginger’s art can also be viewed at the Isle of Amelia Executive Suites, Amelia Island and at the Island Art Association downtown Fernandina Beach.
