2020 A Look Back

Please carefully review the guidelines for entry and the required submission process.

Eligibility and Guidelines for Contest Entry:

The photograph must be taken in 2020 in Nassau County and submitted in digital jpeg format by the Jan 15, 2021 deadline
There is a maximum of 3 entries per person. A separate entry form is required for each.
The person submitting the photograph must have the right to submit the photo
Submission of the photograph releases the right to use this photograph to PAGG and its sponsors
- Release forms from the submitter and from each identifiable person in a photo will be obtained for the winning photos at the conclusion of the selection process
- Not all photos will be used, no photographs will be returned
Participants acknowledge no compensation in any form will be awarded for photo or narrative contributions. All net proceeds will benefit Arts Alive, a Nassau County non-profit.

Entry Form Submission Instructions:

Step One:

Complete one entry form for each photo (max of three entries per person) using one of the following methods:

Download the editable PDF entry form and complete the entry form on your computer. Save the completed entry form on your computer. Email the entry form with your photo. OR
Print the entry form. Complete the form printing clearly. Scan completed form and save on your computer. Email the completed entry form with your photo, OR
Print the entry form, Complete the form printing clearly. Take a clear photo of the completed form with your phone’s camera and save on your computer. Email the completed entry form with your photo.

Step Two:

Email each completed entry form along with a jpeg of the photograph to PAGGartlovers@gmail.com prior to the January 15, 2021 deadline.

You will receive a confirmation email within 3 days of submittal to verify that your application was received. Please note that your personal information will not be shared.
