Jeanne Tennyson

photo for PAGG.JPG

Jeanne Tennyson moved to Amelia Island in 2013 after she and her husband retired. Jeanne has had a myriad of careers including Science teacher, House Flipper, caddy, the owner of a faux finish painting company and muralist.

She returned to art after moving to Amelia Island. She uses acrylics and watercolors and prefers to interpret a subject matter in an abstract way. She uses brushes and Palette Knives to create her work. Jeanne often create several pieces of art in different styles such as a realistic watercolor painting and a palette knife piece from the same subject. Jeanne prefers nature as her subject.

Her art can be viewed at the Plantation Artist’s Guild and Gallery as well as her Etsy page, JeannesArtShop.
