In the early morning light, the mist is clearing and there is a calm that I wanted to capture
This is a large painting (24" x 48") depicting a grouping of boats early in the morning just as the rising sun is burning off the mist. The contrasts on the sunlit sides and the shadow sides of each boat creates an interesting rainbow of colors, both on the boats and in their reflections.
Location: This artwork is currently on display at the Plantation Artists Guild and Gallery located at the Shops of Amelia Island Plantation.
